All guests can park on 4th and 5th street and the parking lots behind Gateway Bank and Arvest Bank.

Q: What kinds of vendors are there?

A: Local artisans and vendors will be selling honey, crocheted animals, body care, jewelry, Scentsy products, fall decor, Oktoberfest themed decor and fun items, Halloweeen decor, homemade pies, jams and cakes, food, hand crafted beer and many other items.

Q: Can I pay vendors with a credit card?

A: Most vendors accept cards; some are cash-only. An ATM can be find at both Arvest and Gateway bank.

Q:All live music can be found on the Main Stage

A: From 4:00 – 9:00 PM on the main stage.

Q: Who is performing

A: Blaskapelle, Mach Schnell and the GAST Dancers will be performing on the Main Stage. See the schedule on the About page.

Q: Will there be entertainment for children?

A: Yes, we have two puppet shows and two story times for our younger guests in age and at heart. See the schedule on the About page and Especially for Kids page.

Q: Is the Oktoberfest outdoors or indoors?

A: The Vendors, Food, Entertainment, Children’s activities, and Games are outdoors.  The Puppet Show and Story Time will be indoors.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Oktoberfest operates rain or shine.  However, if lightening or tornado warning emerge, the event may be postponed until such time as the weather has passed.

Q: Where is Lost & Found?

A: Inside, at the Sugar Plum Shoppe.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: If they are on a leash or in a pet stroller. All poop must be picked up by the owner. Pets acting aggressively or disrupting other guests may be asked to leave.

Q: Where do I pick up Pre-Purchased tickets or packages?

A: Pre-Purchased Individual Tickets are scanned at the main gate. Guests will receive a bracelet.

Q: Where do I pick up my VIP or Family Experience package?

A: Pre-Purchased Packages and Family experiences are scanned at the main gate. Guests will receive a bracelet.

Q: Where do I pick up my Corporate Tickets?

A: Most corporate tickets have already been hand-delivered to the Corporate contact person. Please check with your Companies’ Representative. If your Company did not receive their tickets in advance please pick them up at the Corporate Line at the Main Gate. All Corporate Guests should still enter through the main gate so they may receive their swag, bracelets and get checked in. Corporate guests will be shown to their private tents upon arrival.

Q: Can I buy entry tickets, game tickets, and other packages on the day of the event.

A: Yes, regular gate entry will be available on the day of the event.  All special packages and bundles maybe purchased at the gate on the day of the event subject to availability. Card and cash accepted. Please note that all Corporate Tents are sold out.
