Parking and accessibility
All guests park in Woolaroc’s main visitor lot. Designated handicap parking spaces are close to the entrance for those with valid placards. Golf carts are available to assist guests needing mobility help. Wheelchairs can also be made available upon request—please call OKM Music at 918-336-9900 in advance to reserve one.
Shopping and Vendors
Q: What kinds of vendors are there?
A: Local artisans selling ornaments, jewelry, woodcrafts, candles, home décor, and seasonal gifts.
Q: Can I pay vendors with a credit card?
A: Most vendors accept cards; some are cash-only. An ATM will be near the entrance.
Santa & Entertainment
Q: When will Santa and Mrs. Claus be available?
A: Daily from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Santa & Mrs. Claus area.
Q: Are there live performances?
A: Yes—carolers and artists will perform throughout each evening.
Logistics
Q: Is the Market outdoors or indoors?
A: The vendors are all indoors. Most children’s activities will be indoors. However, dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes, as Woolaroc is a large venue and is spread out showcasing multiple buildings, a petting zoo and grounds.
Q: What if it rains or snows?
A: The Market operates rain or shine. Walkways are treated for safety.
Q: Where is Lost & Found?
A: At the Information Booth near the main entrance.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No.
Tickets and Packaging
Q: Where do I pick up pre-purchased tickets or packages?
A: Pre-Purchased Individual Tickets are scanned at the main gate. Guests receive a day specific bracelet for re-entry; each day will be a different colored bracelet.
Q: Where do I pick up my VIP or Family Experience package?
A: VIP and Family Experience purchasers receive entry and a bracelet at the gate, then pick up additional package items at The Sugar Plum Shoppe & Café in the Cultural Center. Packages are prepared in advance and labeled by name.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?
A: Yes, regular gate entry will be available each day. VIP, Family and Igloo Packages are subject to availability. Card and cash accepted.
